调速系统可以是高压变频柜、直流调速柜、低压变频柜,采用进口西门子、ABB或国内一线品牌作为主要部件,实现了高转矩、高精度、宽调速范围驱动,配合制动单元及电阻形成两象限运行,还可以采用具有能量回馈电网功能的变频器,形成四象限运行变频柜,具有良好的节能效果。变频器输入功率因数高,电流谐波成分少,无需功率补偿和谐波抑制设备。该产品具有低速输出转矩大,过载能力强,保护功能齐全,维护简单,可靠性高等特点。通过各种故障检测电路,可以保障变频器及电机可靠安全运行。

外部测控元器件由速度测控部分、压力测控部分、位置测控部分、深指测控部分组成。

It has good energy-saving effect. Inverter input power factor is high, current harmonic components are less, no power compensation and harmonic suppression equipment. The product has the characteristics of low speed output torque, strong overload capacity, complete protection function, simple maintenance and high reliability. Through various fault detection circuits, the reliable and safe operation of the inverter and motor can be guaranteed.

The external measurement and control component is composed of speed measurement and control part, pressure measurement and control part, position measurement and control part and deep indication measurement and control part.

The imported programmable controller with superior performance is used as the main control device, and two sets of PLCS are redundant to form a double-wire system of safety loop.
