HVF1-12P型系列户内10kV真空断路器，系三相交流50Hz、额定电压12kV及以下的户内高压配电装置。与KYN28-12(Z)(GZS1)型开关柜配套，也可与多种型号开关柜配套。适用于发电厂、变电站等输配电系统的控制与保护，也可用于频繁操作的场所。产品符合GB1984《交流高压断路器》之要求。

配套产品有:隔离手车及熔断器手车等。

断路器采用复合绝缘方式，满足正常运行条件下的绝缘要求，并有效地减小了断路器的体积，总体布局合理、美观、简洁。

操作机构采用与断路器本体一体式的弹簧机构，可交流或直流操作，亦可用手动操作。断路器分为固定式和手车式，其中手车式配用专用推进机构，可轻松在开关柜内移动手车，配套强制机械闭锁方式，满足开关柜"五防"功能要求。

适用范围广，既可安装于固定式开关柜内，也可配套手车用于移开式开关柜。
