YBW□-12系列户外箱式变电站（简称箱变）作为电缆化配电网中重要的供电单元、集高压控制、保护、变电、以及配电设备于一体的成套预装产品，用于50Hz三相交流，变压器额定容量至2500kVA。广泛适用于住宅小区，厂矿企业，宾馆、医院、公园、油田、机场、码头，铁路及临时性设施与户外供电场所。

符合国家标准：GB3906《3-35kV交流金属封闭开关设备》及国际标准IEC298的要求。

• 结构特点

1、产品由高压配电装置、变压器及低压配电装置组装而成，分成三个功能隔室（高压室、变压器室和低压室）高、低压室功能齐全。

2、高压侧一次供电有多种供电方式，高压室结构紧凑合理、并有全面防误操作联锁功能还可装设高压计量元件，满足高压计量的要求。

3、变压器室可选择S9、S11等低损耗油浸式变压器和干式变压器；变压器室设有自起动强迫风冷系统及照明系统，可安装轨道能方便地从变压器室两侧大门进出。

4、低压室根据用户要求可采用固定或组装式结构组成用户所需供电方案，有动力配电、照明配电、无功功率补偿、电能计量和电量测量等多种功能，满足用户的不同要求，并可方便用户的供电管理和提高供电质量。

5、箱体结构采用槽钢及角钢制造，有较强的机械强度，外壳采用铝合金隔热复合板、不锈钢板材或非金属材料等制造、表面光滑平整。产品美观大方，且具有较好隔热效果和较强的防腐性能。各室之间设有隔板独立小室，小室均设有照明装置，由门控制其开关。变压器室顶部装有排风扇，自动控制变压器温度，增加空气对流以降低室温。

5, The box structure is made of channel steel and Angle steel, with strong mechanical strength, the shell is made of aluminum alloy heat-insulating composite plate, stainless steel plate or non-metallic materials, and the surface is smooth and smooth. There is a separate partition room between each room, and each room is equipped with a lighting device and its switch is controlled by the door.
